This is such bullshit propaganda. I hope that people do actually check your facts as you asked them to, because then they would realize that most of what you have said is either incorrect, or taken out of context. As to their not being any empirical evidence for the proof of evolution, this is undeniably false: antibiotic resistance viruses, vestigial structures found in fossil records, embryology similarities, molecular and organic biology, the formation of amino acids from electricity and organic compounds, distribution of species, and the list goes on. What you are doing is to fabricate lies about evolution; you point out supposed flaws in the logic of evolutionists by saying that the theory of evolution has changed since the Monkey Trial. Well duh, that's what science does, that's the scientific method. Darwin himself admitted he didn't have all the answers, but every day evolutionists get closer to solving the riddles through science. That is why the theory of evolution has undergone revisions, but only revisions in past flawed logic, not the overriding premise of evolution. Maybe you should check your own facts before making ignorant documentaries. You blatantly lie when you say that increasingly scientists are discounting evolution. There is wide acceptance, almost universal acceptance amongst the scientific community, in evolution by natural selection. Modern medicine, biology, chemistry, and many other fields are based upon the theory of evolution. You cannot prove that gravity exists, but we obviously know that it does exists. And as scientists continue to study both theories they will become more concrete. But I'm sure that in the face of mounting evidence against the genesis account of human creation, you are probably right. Yeah, because it's more probably to believe that God created the universe than to believe that the universe simply existed. Not. In fact, that is a much more complicated assertion because it requires a creator of God, and if God can just exist, then he is unnecessary. Creationism is a preposterous hoax espoused by ignorant religious fanatics who cannot except the fallibility of their religious texts. If you want to talk about empirical evidence, lets talk about the fallibility of the Bible. There is mounting evidence in the budding realm of neurotheology that shows that the Apostle Paul may have suffered from Temporal Lobe seizures. Compared with know cases of people suffering from this disorder, scientists can tell that many of the hallucinatory images spoke of by Paul are nearly analogous to images depicted by these seizure patients. I don't really want to belittle your religion any further, but as a last point I'd simply like to point out that the Catholic Church even accepts the Theory of Evolution.

Isaiah says the Earth is a circle, which any common geometry student can tell you is a two dimensional object. Isaiah 11:12 further espouses the belief that the earth is flat by saying, "And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the FOUR CORNERS OF THE EARTH". We also know that the Earth rotates around the sun nowadays, no thanks to the "Science of the Bible" but rather to Copernicus and men like Galileo and Descartes. When KNOW that the Earth rotates, so why does Psalms 104:5 say, "He set the earth on its foundations; it can never be moved." That is wrong.

1. This "documentary" does *exactly* what it claims to be decrying (media spin).

2. Darrow was portrayed by Jack Lemmon, a comedian. Wm Jennings Bryant was portrayed by George C. Scott, effing PATTON. How *anyone* pulls out of that particular bit of genius casting that everyone went out of their way to make Bryant look unAmerican is beyond me.

3. Look, the bible wasn't science then, it's not science now, and it will never be science. Just get over it already. Read it, love it, preach it, covet it, make it your graven image and icon, keep it as your one and only god. Nobody cares. Just stop the lying. Can you at least stop breaking *that* commandment?

The bible says that the fool has said in m his heart that there is no God. Are some of you guys waiting for that endowment from evolution which is called commonsense? Your opinion do not matterand God is still God. There is also a prophecy which says that in the last days knowledge shall increase. Folly and escapism are the evolutionist theme - using the advancement of science to construct fabrications. There is not a chance in the world that this kind might have evolved be mere chance. They are a product of their own warped imagination .
If there is no God, then you cast caution to the wind and live indiscreet lives - that is your logic.

God created the heavens and the earth and you created an empty shallow baseless evolution theory. It is a shame the way you are using the brain he gave you.

Just using media spin to make more spin about evolution being 'bad', what is it with these idiots?! How can they not see the plain and simple evidence that scientists have provided us with? DNA coding that relates us all back to one common ancestor for a start... ARGH!

oh and Shanlie? Who created God? If he is the almighty 'creator' how did God come into existence? Was he born by some other one of your imaginary friends? Perhaps a 'virgin' birth took place......
